Taste is good if you like chocolate. Left my smoothie a little bit floury. I am also going to go on an autoimmune paleo diet so i will not use products including legumes for a while.

I have psoriasis all over my skin and i hoped this would help me a little. But this creme was not good for me. It maybe smoothened my skin a little but nothing else. I will not buy this again.

Good product to correct lack of magnesium. But it was awful for my psoriatic skin.

C-vitamin is absolutely the best i've ever used. It could obviously be cheaper but nothing else to blame. When i mix a scoop to my megasmoothie and drink it along the day my energy levels stay high. When i take a scoop before playing soccer i feel tireless on the field. When i take a scoop at the evening i wake up very fresh. Immune booster tastes very good with chaga tea. I have not been ill (if my psoriasis does not count) for few years so i am not sure about immunial affects. All I can say is that it has not made my p go away.

Maybe if i had eaten these longer i could give 5 stars. But after short try it is hard to say if the good digestion was because of this or something else.
