I have tried several magnesium supplements; some produce diarrhea (Natural Calm w/magnesium upset my intestines so much it gave me hemorrhoids), and some don't have any noticeable effect at all, but this one is fabulous! I have issues with anxiety and heart palpitations, this product has erased those symptoms and improved my overall mood stability. It also helps ease the stress of pms!! This is my second order of this product, I'm sold!

I have used a few different brands of Rhodiola. I like this one for it's mild 250mg. I started using 500mg Rhodiola for panic. It seems to squelch the attack just as you feel your adrenaline begin to rise. Now I use it for the mild anti-depressant effect. Plus I have just learned that Rhodiola is used as a sexual enhancement for men and women. Hum, that explains some things! LOL! Nature's miracle for sure!

I enjoy the special benefits of Coral Calcium, I seem to get less backache. This coral calcium has the proper 2:1 ration of calcium and magnesium...and you can't beat the excellent price!

I LOVE this tea! It can make you a little drowsey if you're already tired, but nothing dramatic, and I enjoy the way it helps to relax my muscles. I drink about 1 cup a day, so I do buy a lot of this tea :-)
