I have taken a lot of different kinds of Glucosamine Chondroitin from pills to liquid. I believe liquid is more easily absorbed by the body. I no longer have stiff joints. I can jump right up out of a chair, bed, run up and down the stairs. I feel great. The taste is very pleasant. The only negative aspect is the thickness of the liquid. It is a little bit like trying to swallow honey, or maple syrup. But it is well worth it and ten times better than taking those horse pills! I like this liquid better than all the rest because the taste is better and you only have to take 1 tablespoon instead of 2. I bought this in bulk and plan to keep it on hand always.

Nothing is a "quick fix" for losing weight. However, this product really curbed my appetite and kept me from feeling hungry longer than without the product. I work out all of the time. I try to get 10,000 steps in a day, I go to the gym and walk on the treadmill and/or lift weights. I am at the gym anywhere from 30 minutes all the way up to an hour and a half, 5 times a week. This product helped me get over the "hump" and gave me that extra boost that I needed. If you are looking for a product that will "help" you, this is it. If you are looking for that "quick fix, do it all for me" type product...well then this is NOT the product you want. I will continue to take this product. For me, it's a Winner!

I didn't know if I was needing B-12 in my diet or not but had heard lots of positive things about it so I decided to give it a try. I like the idea of only having to take the product every 3 or 4 days. The lozenges are a little bit like eating a piece of candy. I do have more energy too. The only side effect I have found from the lozenges is they make your urine bright bright yellow. And when it is time for another lozenge you can tell because the color of your urine starts to fade.

I have noticed my skin isn't dry like it was prior to using this product. I have psoriasis and my legs knees and elbows look pretty good. No white patchy spots anymore. It must be working! I don't even taste anything like fish. It has a pleasant orange flavor with a hint of chocolate. Orange in color. It's like taking a spoonful of orange chocolate pudding every day with benefits!!!

I was amazed! I took an ounce of this last evening. When I woke up, I felt GREAT! Nothing hurt. I didn't feel sore. It felt like I was a teenager again. In fact, I took off for a brisk walk first thing this morning. The raspberry taste wasn't bad either. This is the first Glucosamine/Chondroitin I have taken that actually didn't taste disgusting. It isn't real thick in texture either. I feel like I have found the fountain of youth with this stuff!

I take this along with Peter Gillham's Natural Vitality Organic Life Vitamins in the green bottle. I don't understand how or why it works, but I can tell that it does. I am amazed at the energy level I have. I am not still tired when morning comes either. I fell better now at 46 than what I ever did in my 20's or 30's. I also take Liquid Glucosamine Chondroitin with these 2 super fruits and vitamins.

Good tasting and I notice I have more energy. I bought this in bulk and will make sure I always have it on hand.

I have more energy and can tell that it is doing "something" good for me. I will continue to take it but I must admit, I can't stand the taste! I try to take it in the morning with coffee because the coffee seems to "kill" the nasty taste of the vitamins. It doesn't smell good either. But if you aren't that picky about taste, go ahead and try it. You'll be happier with the results than you are the taste and smell of the stuff.
