Great texture, thick enough but not gunky and pleasant scent. Doesn't quite work on dry, cracked heels but good enough for my kids who have sensitive skin.

hard to chew, very sour and I can't seem to get it out of my teeth. Not a pleasant experience eating this at all!

My kids have been taking this daily and I find it really helps them ward off nasty colds especially during winter and even when everyone else is ill, they seem to be fine!
