If taken religiously and coupled with a couple of drops of propolis, vitamin C, lots of liguids and adequate rest, this stuff is 99% a 'sure cure' when started at the first symptom of a cold for everyone in our family! Also, I can't stress enough to stay away from processed sugar, white bread, and dairy products during the recovery process.

My kids have great energy and when supplemented by a good diet and exercise, very rarely catch the colds at school or from their friends.
