No garlic aftertaste. Not rough on the stomach. Itake it to enahnce my immune system against infections, esp: yeast and UTIs. I take other supplements as well.

Femdophilus is an excellent probiotic for women. It has 2 strains that help colonize the vagina with good bacteria-lactobacilli-. Some use it directky in the vagina, I transfer the contents to a clear gelatine cap so that it can dissolve. I do this when need it. I take 2 caps orally a day for maintenance and complement with other probiotics and kefir.

D mannose along helps me prevent UTIs. If you think you may be getting one, 3 every 3 hrs for 2 days (or as a prevention for sex related UTIs)

When I bought it, l didnt realize that this formula doesnt have MSM. I just assumed. However, my knee feels better and that's great. Im not sure I'll get this one again or one w MSM. I want to stick w Jarrow! Also this is a great price
