My face got brighter and smoother. First when I felt some 'grainee' things, I worried about pssible irritation. But I was wrong. this product absolutely works for my dry & turn-over-needed-deadcell-allover skin. You can see the difference immediately.

not sure for spider vein, but good for multi use

I've been using this for a month and it definitly works. But you have to be verrrry patient, and better for bruises than for graphic spider vein on your face. I feel like this face cream gives my face firming and moisturizing. 얼굴 실핏줄 심한 데엔 오래 사용하셔야될듯. 하지만 분명 흐려지는 효과는 있어요. 몸에 멍든 데엔 정말 잘 듣습니다. 국내에 소문난 것과 달리 정맥류에 대한 효과는 없어요. 패키지에도 그렇게 써있습니다. 한달 동안 수분크림 단계에 대신 썼는데 당기지도 않고 탄력 효과까지 있는 것 같아요. 엉뚱하게 모공이 줄어드네요;;

The scent is so nice and sweet, but doesn't last long. Maybe something stronger is better for me.
