This is a wonderful biotin product that helps my hair stay strong and not have so many split ends. It also keeps my weak nails from splitting. I can always tell when I've not taken this product for a week or more as a month or so later my nails will split again.

I use this product as an anti-DHT supplement in controlling my PCOS symptoms. Just one pill a day helps me immensely.

I'm sure it's a combination of many things I'm doing, but adding one capsule of this product a day to my regimen improves the quality and strength of my hair and nails.

I did not like this snack, the taste was not fake-seeming, however it was not very salty, and the texture was very light and too dry. It was edible, but if I'm going to consume calories in a snack, I want it to be a lot tastier than this was.
