Fiber Smart was recommended to me by my doctor. It is gentle but effective way to add fiver to diet. I like that it doesn't have psyllium.

I'm taking this for high blood pressure and it works well. Be aware that hawthorne is slow acting, so it may take a few months to notice a difference.

I started using this product two years ago on the advice of a medical practitioner. When I take it, it does help keep my joints loose and I have less back pain. I think its the magnesium. I have heard that Krebs Cycle minerals are better assimilated in the body.
