I have tried other products with diosmin 95 to help ease my swelling with lymphedema. This has been the best yet. No side effects such as gas that you can experience with other bioflavinoid products. I highly recommend this and while not cheap, it is a reasonably-priced investment for a natural product with proven results. I take along with a multi-vitamin and pycnogenol.

Growing out a relaxer and have about two inches of new growth. This conditioner softened and untangled in a breeze! No tugging at the coarse new growth and no breakage of the six or so inches of relaxed hair. Few hairs lost in the shower and a pleasant fragrance. Hoping I can maintain length and gradually cut out the relaxer by using this conditioner. I love the ingredients and feel good about what I'm putting in my hair. Intend to order the complementary shampoo. For parents considering relaxing their little girl's hair, please don't cave in to those awful chemicals -- try this first!!!

I purchased these in hopes of finding relief from chronic muscle twitching (Benign Fasciculation Syndrome). It has helped tremendously! I take one in the morning on an empty stomach and another one during the middle of the day. I keep some in my purse if I should have "an attack", which for me is usually triggered by caffeine, msg, stress or fatigue. I haven't noticed any negative side effects and the pills are easy to swallow. They don't upset my stomach and there's no aftertaste.
