These vitamins are wonderful. I have certainly noticed that I do not become as fatigued as before I started taking them. I am able to maintain a high energy level all day. I have also noticed that my hair does not shed as much as it did before.

The product works well for me, but I can not tell the long term effects; that would have to be established by a doctor. I have been told by my doctor to take calcium and these tablets work well for me.

This is a great product. It does what it claims to do. It is a very good energy source, and it taste great. You may be tempted just to drink it for the taste.

These tablets are an alterntive to the powder form of this product, however I think the powder may work more effectively. If you don't like mixing, the tablets are a good alternative.
