My husband and I both love the Kashi 7 Whole Grain Pilaf for a side dish or even just a meal by itself. When using as a meal, we put some cheese in it after it is cooked, which makes it very tasty.

I have been adding the Flora Udo's Pet Essentials to my cats wet food that I give them in the evening for years now. I feel it helps to keep their digestion system healthy along with helping their skin and fur too. I use this with the Life Exension Cat Mix vitamins.

I have been using the Life Extension Cat Mix for a few years now and feel it is one of the best supplements for animals. I add it to my cats wet food and they don't even know it is there. I feel this vitamin supplement keeps my cats healthly.
