I take 4 of them with pantothenic acid (vitamin B-5) to increase acetylcholine in my brain for memory. I'm 59 and as long as I take it every day, my memory is as sharp as when I was younger.

Catnip for insomnia

My chiropracter recommended this to me for insomnia. He said when I get upset or overly stressed, it puts my adrenals into overdrive which causes my insomnia. I didn't think something as simple as catnip would work, but I tried it anyway and took a half dropper full in the evenings. I was amazed. It really worked! He recommended this brand for purity and quality.
