Real cinnamon! Ceylon cinnamon has better flavor and great health benefits. In addition it doesn't have the adverse effects on the liver with continued use.

I ordered chia seeds and the site said there may be a delay as there was warehouse reorganization taking place. The next day the UPS driver was there with my order! WOW! I love the product and will re-order through iHerb.

These chia seeds have become a regular part of my diet. They provide many of the omegas and other nutrients. Last year due to a medical regimen I was taking I couldn't go to the gym. This year the amount of muscle the chia has helped me to regain is amazing!
