I have tried other forms of DHA, and I like this the best. My kids get a therapeutic amount in a form that is easy to "pop in their mouths" and go...there is another type with a strawberry taste, but they needed to take 3 or 4 pills to get the same amount of DHA, etc. This is much easier and cheaper!

This has the taste and texture like blueberry yogurt. My son loves it. It definitely has helped him with his chronic constipation issue. And he loves taking it! So much better than another pill to swallow. He asks to take it! And, I believe that it truly is the best form of magnesium to take. Very reasonably priced.

This is a really good maple syrup. It is also much cheaper to buy this way in bulk than at the supermarket. Love i herb!

So far the best form of fiber supplement that I've found. I like that it is completely all natural and has mostly insoluble fiber...even protein to boot! Not to mention the health benefits you reap from flax and oat bran! Not sure about the acacia...but I am happy with this and plan to stick with it as our family fiber supplement. It also mixes smoothly...not as thick or grainy as others. A little expensive, but not outrageous.

My kids will not swallow these! I expected something much smaller in size since these are geared towards kids as young as 4! My kids are 6 and 8 and will not swallow them. The size scares them! They are flat and smooth, but quite big and to get the required dose, they would need to swallow 2 or 3 of them. I have had to crush them and stir in juice. I was trying to avoid a stir-in vitamin.
