Silica helps your skin, hair, nails, bones, and was recently shown to reduce the risk of dementia. It is safe, cheap, and vegan.... what is not to love!! It tastes a bit funky, but not terrible. The droplets are cheaper than the tablets, so it's your call.

Not just for bodybuilders. Proven to increase lifespan in healthy animals! Though only get the powder form if you are so concerned about saving money that you are willing to tolerate the nasty taste. It also takes awhile to dissolve in water no matter how much you stir.

This form of B-12 rocks! Great for everyone, but especially vegetarians or vegans. I love that this lozenge is sweetened with xylitol, which is good for your teeth.

ALCAR was one of the supps that I could actually feel subjective effects from. In this case an energy boost. The Arginate form is supposed to even help your brain, so this is doubly good. Also, Jarrow's prices are great!
