It does not have much taste of its own but it will get the taste of the sauce. Do not try to eat as is - only with a warm sauce. This product is very low carb so suitable for low carb diets and diabetics.

It is simply a coconut puree, like coconut butter, maybe more grain-y. Good to use for desserts. Too sweet to put in coffee or shakes.

It was hard to apply without a special brush and the shaving was good, not 'Gillete' good, but we wanted a toxin-free product...
