Its an important supplement for anti-oxidant support. This is the highest quality for the price of any lipoic acid I've found.

This is very soothing to the skin. It is fragrance free, which is a very important factor. I use it daily as an after-shave lotion (I'm male, obviously). As for anti-aging, I don't know. Ask me in 10 years.

It does a really nice job on the hair, makes it shiny. A bottle lasts a long time. It has very little fragrance which is important to me.
