Fantastic product. Will continue to buy. Cinnamon is supposed to be great for helping suppress your appetite, and ceylon cinnamon is said to be much better for you than cassia cinnamon if you are consuming lots of it (since cassia cinnamon, what is available in stores, contains high levels of coumarin, a mild toxin). I use this stuff all that time.

So far out of NuNaturals, KALs, and anything that I could find in the grocery store (which had the added fillers, for the grocery store products), this has been the one I like the best. Best price, although I might even buy the kilogram (2.2lb version next time to save even more), sweeter than others for the same quantity, and I like the taste. I can't really ask for more than that.
