i was expecting the worst compared to whey protein but its not so bad. it doesnt seem to mix with water as well but i cant have whey anymore so i am happy i found this.

these probiotics have allowed me to eat at least a little of what i normally cant have due to all my food sensitivities. after my baby was born i developed food sensitivity to dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, corn, and nuts. i strongly suggest these.
