コンソメスープやミネストローネに入れて食べています。とっても美味しい！！スープがボリュームたっぷりになるので、ダイエットにも良いかも。お豆をたくさん食べるのは案外難しいのですが、これならたっぷり食べられます。

届いたときは、あまりに「液体」でびっくりしましたが、ちゃんと冷蔵庫で保管すると、「バター」のように固まりました。とても美味しくて、大好きです。

アトピー体質なので、使える日焼け止めを探し中です。今売り切れが多いので、買えた日焼け止めがこれでしたが、ダメでした。ヒジなどの関節部分が痒くなるし、肌のヌルヌル感がずっと取れませんでした。3回ほど使って、人にあげてしまいました。

他の青汁と飲み比べると、飲みやすいなと思います。私は水：100％リンゴジュース＝1：1の割合で毎朝飲んでいます。リンゴジュースは冷やしておいたほうがさらに飲みやすくなるかも。
