I have known about the beneficial effects of Tumeric for years. I don't eat much Indian food and adding it to my diet is just not going to happen. I've been taking New Chapter products exclusively for a few years now. They're expensive but in my experience unique. I find them potent and absorbable. I also find then to be gentle. Years ago I was told that the secret to highly effective nutritional supplements is low dosages with high absorbancy (in otherwords is digestable). That's New Chapter. Doesn't do a lot of good to take a supplement that your body can't use. For me New Chapter rocks. I decided to try Tumeric Force a couple of months ago. I'm not looking to add more supplements. I mean how many do I want to take (and spend money on). But having known about what tumeric can do all these years and not being able to get it into my diet and being familiar with what New Chapter can do, I tried it. Wow. It works. If I forget to take it I'm reminded by the way my body feels. I'm no spring chicken and when I take Tumeric Force later in the day with my last meal I wake up the next morning with little or no aches and pains. Or if I feel some they go right away. And my body just feels better that way in general. I have been able to trust New Chapter and now I also trust their Tumeric Force.

This soap is the best thing I've found for my old, drying, weather-beaten skin. It helps (getting old is a ton of fun). But it's not as good as it used to be. It was stronger, almost black with more pine oil, it's majic ingredient. Though it's still the best thing I've found it doesn't work as well. I'm guessing they made it weaker because the pine tar smell was so strong. I came to like that strong smell because it ment that I was getting help.
