I had a real hard time locating this flour on retail shelves, I used to work in restaurant as a fry cook and used this flour all the time. I did not realize that it was only commercially availiable, you can find corn meal very easily but not this actual corn flour. It is perfect for frying onion rings, clams, oysters and shrimp, plus you can also use it on some types of fish as well. The iHerb price is very similar to the retail price found in local stores, so either way it's a deal ! Enjoy !!!
