I have Graves Disease and can't have too much iodine. This one a day vitamin has no iodine and is easy to digest.

I was given this by a concerned friend, as I was taking prescription medicines when I needed to get back to sleep in the middle of the night. I have Graves Disease and sometimes really need some help in the middle of the night when my brain just won't shut up. This stuff works great. I only take one. No side effects, no hangover. Good stuff!

I have Graves Disease and my hair started falling out. In just a month of taking one of these (or the Source Naturals product) a day, I reversed the shedding. Good stuff!

I have a cup of this cold or iced every afternoon. I quit my afternoon coffee and just do a tea. It was hard at first to change the ritual. But this tea helps!
