This is the one to buy. Blends well with the cottage cheese if you use (Budwig's diet). I also noticed it improved the apperance of my skin, hair and nails.

I ordered this product because my ragdoll is extemely itchy and her skin is flaky. I mix this product with my both cats' wet cat food and they eat it up. They have been on it for over a month now and one has definately nicer coat and is little more energy, I was expecting more spectacular results with my poor female though. She is still flaky and itchy:((
