I was looking for a sub-lingual source of B, however, this product does not taste very good and I would not advise letting it dissolve under your tongue.

I experimented with the calming effects of this product and was pleasantly surprised. It combats stress and produces restful sleep with not side effects.

I have used roughly 8 bottles of the Now Foods liquid multi and tried one bottle of another brand. I prefer the Now Foods brand for its flavor, content and consistency.

I use the product to flavor the water I take to the gym. It tastes better than GatorAid and works just as well with less sodium and calories.
