I take only one tablet a day, like the small size. I think I can thank Pycnogenol, Astaxanthin and Vit D3 for improving my vision. My eyesight was getting blurry and upon taking these supplements my vision is sharper and eyes do not tire considering I am reading or surfing for over 12-14 hours a day.

I had excriciating pain (also known as suicide pain) in my molars where fillings had eroded. Over a period of one week I took pain killers even multiple oxycontin (which only worked for 15 mins max), natural remedies to no avail, until I thought of sublingual B12. I continously kept on taking one after another of these tiny pills until pain subsided and then some more until it was gone. Had to repeat a couple of times over the course of few days, never to have that excruciating pain return again so far(almost a year now).

I take it early morning and I can go back to sleep right away. It has a calmness factor. My hair continues to fall, maybe takes longer to work. I cut off those (except for pycnogenol)supplements, my face is looking youthful. So happy!

I am taking it with Royal jelly from the same company, these products are awesome. My complexion is much better and I feel stronger. I gave this to my daughter for sore throat and fever, it relieved her symptoms and she did not need to see doctor.

I suffer frrom Chronic fatigue going on for two decades. This product gives a boost of strength after I reached a plateu with megadoses of Vitamin D3. I take one pill once a day as recommended with B12 sublingual. I would like to know if higher doses can be taken for chronic fatigue.

I wish I had not overlooked this product for so long. I have only taken for three weeks at three caps a day and already I look younger. Wish it was more affordable and came in 90 - 120 caps bottle size.
