I like this powder. Put it in my daily water. The ingredients are good, it has a slight fizz to it and no sugar. One teaspoon provides 4,000 mg. of Vitamin C and it doesn't upset my stomach

I am a writer so spend lots of time in front of my computer.Seems the more I use the computer the more my eyes get tired so I take this product to help relieve eye strain and I do believe it makes a difference for me.
