An excellent formula of EPA DHA - good balance. My allergy doctor recommended 2000 mg of EPA DHA in this balance since I am allergic to flax oil. I get 1800 by taking 3 of these a day. This is a brand I trust.

I much prefer capsules to big tablets, so I really like having this product in capsules. They are much easier for me to swallow. And Ester C is an excellent form of vitamin C.

I've only been using this product for a short time. It is recommended for treating IBS. As a fiber I like it very much - it is organic acacia which is not the usual fiber that you can buy. It has a prebiotic effect which helps the body grow healthy flora in the digestive tract. I haven't used it long enough yet to know how much it will help my IBS. I'm hopeful it will help alot.

I've been very satisfied with this product, and I like that it has 750 mg. instead of 500 as many do. This way I don't have to take as many capsules. I do think this product helps me to have less achiness from arthritis, etc.

recommended for digestive problems; this is a higher dosage than many capsules, and the price seemed good. i'm not sure how much they help me - i'm dealing with IBS and my doc said take digestive enzymes.good brand.
