I've been buying alfalfa tablets for years because alfalfa is loaded with vitamins and minerals. I actually buy this brand because the tablets make excellent dog treats. (as opposed to capsules)

This soap is mild on the skin. A little bit goes a long way. And it leaves the bathroom smelling wonderful.

I add it to many products--lotion for my skin, and combined with a few other oils, I add them to aloe gel and use it for deordoant.

I like the taste. Sometines I take a teaspoon of honey to curb a sugar craving. However I bought this to try as an eye wash. Will update this after time.
