ここで手に入るマヌカハニーの中では一番気に入っています。漢方のような独特な香りが強いですが、それが蜂蜜の甘さとうまくマッチしていると思う。硬さもちょうど良く、スプーンですくってもたれません。

この商品がこの価格で手に入るのは驚きですが、味は好みの分かれるところ。クセが強くて私はあまり好きではないかも。料理の甘味料としてはいいかも。
