These are great when on a dairy free diet. I have a lot of allergies and this is a great way to get my calcium!

Pretty good, but not the same texture as Couscous

This is a good side to substitute when on a restricted diet. It isn't the same texture as couscous, more dry, but still good in its own right. I would recommend it.

I love basmati rice, I just hated that I loved it white. I gave the brown rice version a try and even though it isn't as sinful as the white, it is still extremely yummy!

I topped these with extra light tasting olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. I have to avoid a lot of food allergies including corn and these have been great. One of the only packaged foods I can safely eat.
