I've been using this brand for many years. It adds a lot of flavor to foods without being spicy. It is also entirely organic. So I feel very good about eating it.

This soysauce can be used for cooking, marinating as well as dipping. It is very flavorful without being over powering. It is also not a dark thick soy sauce.

It's a light colored soy sauce, but the flavor is quite intense. Enhances the dishes quite well.

They did a great job with this product. The flavor is intense and long lasting, you can get many bites out of one coco-roon. I really like it! Just hope iHerb can offer this product at a lower price point, as this is going to be a regular staple in my pantry. My husband loves what the fiber does for him.

It has no added sugar, so the taste is not like regular varieties. However, if you can imagine making your own from fresh apples, this is what you might end up with. I like it.

Great flour, awful packaging

This flour makes WONDERFUL breads in bread machines. Better than other unbromated flours that I've tried. The texture of the bread made from this flour is superior. However, this recent batch of flour have some problems with the seals. They tend to break and leak flour. I've had two returns. What a pity and a waste of resources.
