From what i can tell this is an effective and gentle shampoo, my hair seems to like it.

Noticed a slight increase in concentration from this, it is enhanced somewhat when you take a good b supplement alongeside so yeah it does work on recall, although it is no miracle stand alone memory enhancer; better with a supplement protocol.

i use this in place of other moisturisers.

Well ive only been using shen min for about two weeks it is therefore a bit to early to make a judgement, however i do believe there has been a lessening of shedding.

I thought I would try lithium orotate to possibly enhance serotonin and to lessen some of the occasional mood swings.I found the effect from lithium a little to dampening on the senses although this might work for some with more manic symptoms. As a sidenote I think lithium may dry the joints a little. p.s. iherbs' service is 5 stars, delivery to the uk is exceptionally fast and packaging is always good ensuring my products get to me in one piece, keep up the good work guys & gals.

I'm taking these in place of fish oil at the moment, its a good product, however i dont percieve a great difference in terms of effects from krill and fish oil.
