It sort of smelled funny when I opened it... like molasses, but it tasted just fine. It had a lot of small chucks, so I had a hard time sifting it with my terrible sifter, but overall, I was pleased! I will definitely buy again!

I LOVE Chai tea, chai lattes, and chai everything..... but the "double" spice tea is INTENSE. It barely tasted like chai tea to me. I really, really disliked it. I do not recommend it.
