This scrub isnt anything special but I do like the natural ingredients. I haven't had any breakouts or skin irritations due to this scrub.

The best face wash I have ever used. I have used them all. I have oil/acneprone skin. This face wash followed by plain which hazel as a toner has left my skin clear.

Is not a diet book. Its a book to jump start anyone who wants to start living a better , healthier life. Gives the basics to eating well and explains the guidelines in doing so.
