This is a wonderful product. I started taking this 2 1/2 months ago and my menstrual period is on time and my acne is under control. After getting off birth control pills, my period was not regular and my face was litter with acne. My acne has never been this worst. After being on Dong Quai for about a month and half, I started to notice a difference in my skin and after 2 1/2 months my period is on schedule and my face has cleared up. I am only taking 2 capsules per day instead of what was recommended on the bottle.

I have been using this product for the past couple of months. Wanted to make sure the reishi was working before I gave my reviews. This is an excellent product. I'm sleeping better and my stress level has decrease. My energy level has increase especially during exercise. I used to hate running but now I love it. I don't get shin splints or cramping especially afte a long run. My son who is in college is also taking it. It helps him with stress. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. Give this product a try. I think it's worth it.
