Been using the product for over 4 years... helps to keep me mentally alert.. Was concerned about potency when the product went from tablet to capsule have seen no change All the Himalaya products are produced with quality ingredients, and not a lot of fillers or binding agents.

A definite product to take in the morning to kick start you for the day... If your day is going to stretch in to the evening hours I find taking an extra capsule around 1pm will keep me alert and moving. Will not interfere with getting a good night's sleep.

Not good it's like mixing up a big cup of cement and drinking it... you'll be clogged for days. I had to have a colonic to get rid of it.... I would like a refund
