Am taking these on the recommendation of the Thyroid Diet to see what happens. So far I am losing, but I can't tell if its all of the water, the hoodia or the low calorie. But I feel fine taking them and won't stop, and would buy them again.

Haven't started these yet as I am finishing my other brand. But the results are hard to gauge whichever one I take. Combination of menopause and hyperthyroid keep me sweating...yuck
