I took at bedtime the first time and in the middle of the night could feel my muscles tighten (I think it was my muscle) in my calf and back of knee. It wasn't like a cramp-no pain, but definetly felt something. Guess they work.

These tiny pills pack a lot of punch. Take them with 7-keto DHEA and you will have energy to spare. What a bargain!

I had a tired/tension headache that was brewing all day. I had just received these a few days prior. I popped one and went about my business. Within a few minutes the pain was greatly diminished and soon was gone. I bought these to give to my artthritic dog and they have really worked wonders. He is much more peppy and bright eyed. I will most definately buy these again.
