ライフサーバー系のサプリはけっきょくコレに落ち着いています。ロディオラなんかもいいのですが、コストパフォーマンスの関係でエゾウコギになっています。エゾウコギはアドレナリンレベルとエンドルフィンのレベルが確実にあがりますよ。トレーニングしていると実感できます。

同系統のＩＱサプリが出続けていますが、元祖で最強でしょう。ビンポセチンほか、頭脳系サプリの配合バランスが素晴らしいと思います。

採り始めはかなり実感できました。血管が太くなるような気がしますし、実際にてぃんてぃんが太くなります。（ｗウェイトもひとつ上のがあがるかんじ。最初は感動します。ただ、連用すると慣れちゃいますけど。

アミノバランス。中身はホエイや大豆などのプロテインのスタックですけど、安くて、それなりにアミノ酸の効果が実感できます。脳の栄養目的や筋肉の栄養目的など、使う人によって使用目的は色々でしょう。これといったものに特化していない分、全体的につかえます。

L-チロシンとL-フェニルアラニンの組み合わせですから、これはしっかりしてますよ。評判です。頭をつかう人は脳のノルエピネフリンやドーパミンの材料は必要です。抗鬱にもなりますし。でも、とりすぎるとイライラしちゃいますんで気をつけないといけません。

シリマリン（マリアアザミ摘出物）のほかにもハイチオールＣの有効成分L-システインなども含まれていて、デトックスに最適です。ラジエターの名前は伊達じゃない。

昨年あたりからちまたで人気のJAC３ｄ。ｉHerbで買うと日本で買うよりコスパが良い。だがジェラナミンが入ってるので、そのうち規制されそうで心配だ。

男性用のマルチビタミンです。以前は飲みにくいデカイ錠剤でしたが最近はカプセルになってます。マルチビタミンとしては良いかと思います。ミネラルや金属も入ってますし。男性向けにデザインしてあるなと感じます。自分の体質に合うので、マルチビタミンはずっとこれです。

ちゃんと効きますが、バレリアン、5HTPとメラトニン、肝毒性が気になります。起床後に後のこりもします。抜けが悪いです。
