Helped my triglycerides

Before taking krill oil, I was taking regular fish oil. my triglycerides were still high. after taking krill oil, my next blood work results showed them at healthy levels.

Depends on the individual

I took the recommended dose and felt nothing. I doubled it and felt a little change. Maybe tripling it would really do something but as the title says, it depends on each individual. How your body reacts to it. There are products out there more effective but cost rises as well.
