In the winter, I have the worst time with my skin. It is so dry that I itch to death. Since I am using this oil after my shower, I don't feel the prickly and burning itching of my body and I can sleep much better as well.

This mineral formula looks like phlegm. It grosses me out. Has good components, though. I won't finish it, I am sure. It looks too disgusting.

I can't take pills so I need to open them up and mix with juice. This is a great device. In no time I can drink my vitamin cocktail. I recommend.

The problem with this supplement is that you are supposed to take it 1 hr before a meal. That is good for those with a fixed schedule. For me, it does not work.
