B-100 Complex is one of our most important supplements we take on a daily basis. We have taken this for at least 10 yrs, and would not be without it. My husband is an Iridologist and he recommends B-100 complex to almost every client.

Vitamin D is wonderful for so many conditions. When we feel a cold coming on, we take 5 soft gels daily for 3 days, and will almost always relieve the symptoms, or make the recovery time much shorter. The medical establishment is finally becomming more educated about this vitamin.
