I learned years ago while working in Russia that taking a zinc tablet each day provided the extra protection for the mucus membranes of my nose and sinuses that prevented me from getting sinus infections. Still works today.

Purchased at iHerb

Helps me control my cholesterol levels. Also allows me to take less Zocor. My doctor suggested a higher dosage of Zocor and I decided to take the Omega-3 instead. Have not had to increase my Zocor while on the Omega-3.

Been taking them for several years and feel great. Not exactly sure what they do, but my energy level and ability to think well are enhanced when I take them.
