First time I've tasted mesquite, and I love it! It has a feeling like mild chocolate, so it is superbe as sweetner in chocolate making

A little disappointed

I had never tasted any kind of stevia before, and I must say I am a little disappointed with it. It has an odd after taste when you taste it bare, but in chocolate making and some baking it is ok.
