I ordered this particular type "Ceylon" of cinnimon because an M.D. recommends it for reducing blood sugar. I would recommend it highly to anyone with type II diabetes. This stuff really works!!

Too bad there are only 5 stars, I'd givethis produt 10!! Delicious, light, AND it's good for you on top of all that. My fella is a type II diabetic, this is another recommendation from M.D.'s to keep blood sugat low and still get the "good fats" your body needs!

This is the BEST immune system booster out there, ater all it's only been around for about 3,000 years and has never failed to do its job of keeping you healthy. We have been taking this for almost 7 years, no colds, no flu, no nothing as far as virisus go. Fantastic!

My boyfriend is a type 2 diabetic, this is the greatest product because it REALLY tastes like sugar!! NO AFTERTASTE and you can een bake with it jus like sugar without the effect on the blood that sugar has. I use it in all my cooking and baking.
