Although I can't say that I actually feel any different, I like using this supplement. It is easy to swallow which is a definite plus.

I am allergic to shellfish so I have to be careful regarding the source of calcium in supplements. This one is fine, but I do have a difficult time getting it to dissolve and find I need to heat the liquid.

In spite of my good intentions, I have found that if the supplement is easy to take, I am more likely to use it. This softgel is small and I take it every day.
