I've been using this for quite a while. I have high regard for NOW foods. I'm not sure how much of a percentage of my lower cholesterol is due to this product; but I know it is part of the reason it is lower.

Since I heard about this product I knew it was for me. Only one drawback---I burp clams!---but not a lot. It is a great source of omega 3.

Great taste and not necessary to have water to take it. I only wish it was methylcobalamin instead of cyanacobalamin.
