I have taken chewable calcium and regular calcium tablets. I'm really glad I ordered the softgels they are much easier to take and I will definitely be reordering these.

I've only taken 1/2 a tablet so far and that seems to be enough for me to fall asleep. Works pretty fast (15-20 min). My husband has taken a whole tablet and has said it has been the deepest sleep he has had for awhile. Works great. Will definitely reorder since the chewable tablets seem to work quickly.

Wish I would have tried this sooner. I ordered this at the recommendation of my physician for my chronic headaches/migraines. I have tried numerous prescription products with very little effect. This seems to be working great. The bottle recommends 3 times a day. However, twice a day seems to be working for me. My husband has been getting headaches daily now too. So I have been giving this to him to take as well. He has had a few days now without a headache. I will definitely be reordering if this continues to work for me.

I have just started this product as part of my weight loss program. With the holidays I haven't seen the full effect yet. But it has kept me from gaining weight back over the holiday season. I will keep using it for additional sucess.
